体育館改装のため２年ぶりの開催でした。　同じ道場でも敵味方に分かれて他の道場の仲間たちと混合チームを編成し行われた総当たり団体試合はお互いに親睦を深められる楽しい機会でした。　そして打ち込み動作の正しさを競う基本稽古では、基本の大切さを改めて感じました。初心者の元気いっぱいの打ち込み披露では、将来の剣士成長への嬉しい期待が持てました。

It is for the first time to participate in 2 years due to reform the athletic gym.  The round-robin tournament implemented by special teams formed by mixing different kendo teams was great opportunity to get more friendship.  And noticed repeatedly about the serious importance in the basic motion competition.  Furthermore the performance by beginners showed expectations for growing up to future Kenshi. 

酷暑の中、男女混合チームで参加しました。　殆どのメンバーにとっては力が発揮できず多くの課題が見えた試合となりましたが、公式戦初勝利を収めたメンバーにとっては今後の励みになったと思います。

Joined in this tournament as a mixed team with boys and girls in the extreme heat condition.  Unfortunately they could not do their best performance and found out problems to be improved through the match.  However regarding a member who could get win the official match with 2 points for the first timewould be good motivation for future.

 これまでの稽古の成果を発揮し、受審したメンバーが全員一級に合格しました👏。これを自信にしてさらに剣道の修行に励んでもらいたいです。

All members who challenged from our team have acquired the 1st Kyu-grade officially with their great performance based on continuous stacked efforts👏. We would like them to do further Kendo practice with confidence of the achievement.

小学生と中学生で参加しました。他道場の剣士たちと数多くの試合をさせて頂き、よい経験になりました。ありがとうございました。

Elementary school and junior high school members participated in the Renseikai (Kendo training session where various club teams come together). A lot of matches with other teams brought a great experience for them. 　Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

東広島運動公園体育館の改装が完了し、約一年ぶりに日曜稽古会を行いました。　不定期ですが今後も開催しますので多くの方々に参加してもらいたいです。

The renovation of the Higashi-Hiroshima Sports Park Gymnasium has been completed, and we held our Sunday practice session for the first time in about a year. We plan to hold these sessions from time to time in the future, so we hope many of you will join us.

高校生や大学生の旧メンバーたちが道場を訪れてくれました。　高校生は稽古に参加してくれて小中学生のメンバーたちの刺激となりました。　旧メンバーが集まる機会は珍しく、うれしい一日でした。

Former members who are corrently university and high-school students came over kendo-dojo.  In particular the high school students joined our practice session and served as a source of inspiration for our elementary and middle school members.  It’s rare for former members to get together, so it was a wonderful day.　

小学生・中学生チームで久しぶりに参加しました。　小学生にとっては初めての大きな大会でした。この経験を今後に活かしてもらいたいです。☺️　中学生にとっては惜しい２回戦でした。良い面・悪い面が見られて実りある内容でした。👍

The elementary and junior high school teams participated for the first time in a while. For the elementary students, it was their first major tournament. We hope they can build on this experience going forward.☺️  For the junior high students, they lost in the second-round match but so nice contents. We saw both their positive and negative points, making it a valuable opportunity. 👍

しっかりした稽古と準備のおかげで、審査を受けたメンバー全員が見事合格しました。頂いた段位に相応しい礼法をもってさらに稽古を積んでいってもらいたいです。

All members who challenged the examination have passed each target dan-grade owing to their steady practice and preparation. Expecting to build upon their practices with proper decorum of each accepted dan-grade.

小学生の部と中学生の部に参加しました。経験の浅い選手たちにとっては試合感覚を養うよい機会でした。反省点を次に活かせることを期待しています。😄

Participated in elementary school division and junior high school division. It was a good opportunity for inexperienced members to brush up their sense for Kendo matches. Looking forward to next chance with overcoming their areas for improvement. 😄

小学生団体戦，中学生団体戦，中学女子個人戦に参加しました。中学生は強豪相手によい試合ができたと思います。😄

初めて公式試合に出場した小学生たちにとっては大変良い経験になりました👍。課題の声出しができていて、今後の上達に期待大です。👏

Participated the team tournament for elementary school students and for junior high school students, and the individual match for female junior high school students .　It was so great for members to make good matches against strong opponents.😄 

The elementary school members who participated in their first official match gained valuable experience. 👍 Although loud voice in the match was their challenging item, it seemed they could perform well. Looking forward to their future progress. 😄

三原市大和町の大和中学校で開催された大和剣道クラブ主催の交歓試合です。　試合を振り返って各自が見つけた課題を今後の稽古を通して克服してもらいたいです。😄

初めて対外試合に出場した小学生たちは大変良い経験になりました。　試合における所作が練習通りできていて今後の上達が楽しみです👏。

This event is held at Daiwa junior high school of Daiwa-cho, Mihara city in every this summer season hosted by Daiwa Kendo Club. Looking back on the match, each of members should have identified their challenging items, hence we hope they will overcome through future practice.😄 

The elementary school members who participated in their first external match gained valuable experience. They could demonstrate proper Match Etiquette just as they had practiced, and we look forward to their future progress. 👏

広島県剣道連盟による合同稽古会が今年も東広島市豊栄町で開催されました。　私たちも大人・小学生合わせて７名ほどで参加してきました。普段交わることのない剣道仲間と一緒に稽古することで、良い刺激になったと思います。

The event was held again this year in Toyosaka-cho, Higashi-Hiroshima City.  In our team, seven members consisted of adults and elementary school students participated. Practicing with distant kendo companions who do not often have such an opportunity, would have been mutually stimulating.

小学校卒業を一区切りとして行いました。　中学生になった彼らとまた稽古できる機会が楽しみです。

It has been held regularly as a juncture with graduation of elementary school.  Looking forward to the opportunity of Kendo practice with the graduated members again in near future.

地域の子供たちに直接見て剣道を知ってもらいたく開催しました。　たくさん来ていただいて感謝しております。少しでも興味をもってもらえると幸いです。

We would like kids in community to know the outline of Kendo by watching it actually, and we held Kendo trial session. Really good for the participation of a lot of kids !  We hope they will be interested in Kendo.

団体戦で小学生の部・中学生の部にそれぞれ出場しました。序盤で敗れはしましたが、すべての選手に昨年からの成長がみられ、得るものがありました。短所を克服し更なる向上を期待してます。

Participated in Team Tournament for elementary school division and junior high school division. Although we lost early in the tournament, all team members showed growth from last year, and there was something to be gained. We are looking forward to seeing them overcome their weakpoints and improve even further.

東広島運動公園・剣道場において、剣道をしている近隣の中学生も参加して稽古会を行いました。　真冬の寒さに負けないように活気ある稽古会でした。

The Sunday practice session with participation of neighborhood junior high school students who were doing Kendo as well was held in the Kendo-hall of Higashi Hiroshima Sports Park.  It was aggressive practice to beat severe cold weather of winter season.

小学生・中学生の部でそれぞれ出場、自身の剣道をだすべく頑張りました。　中でも今年剣道を本格的に始めた小学生が初勝利することができました。まだまだ修得する基本はたくさんありますが、自身と励みにつながったと思います。

Team members participated in each division of elementary school and junior high school and tried their own best performance.  As an impressed topic, it was the first time an elementary school girl who started Kendo in full swing this year could win a match.  Although there are more required basic practices for her, it would give her self-confidence and encouragement.

6月の稽古会に続き、剣道をしている近隣の中学生・高校生も参加して稽古会を開催しました。昇段審査に向けて剣道形の稽古の後、基本稽古，打込み・指導稽古をしっかり行いました。この稽古会を今後に活かすことを期待しています。

The Kendo practice session was held with participation of nearby junior high school and high school students who were also doing Kendo as well as the session in June.   Toward the examination for promotion of dan-grade of Kendo, after practice of the demonstration by using wooden swords, so called Kendo-kata, we had various type of practices by using bamboo swords. We hope that this practice session will be good for their motivation for Kendo in the future.

三原市大和町の大和中学校で開催された、大和剣道クラブ主催の交歓試合です。　個人戦（小学生の部／中学生の部）では数名が優勝・準優勝・三位入賞を果たし、団体戦（小学生の部）では準優勝を得ることができました。👏　厳しい暑さの中でも頑張って稽古を続けてきた成果だと思います。👏　これからの秋の大会や昇段審査に向けて、また稽古に励みましょう。😉

This event is held at Daiwa junior high school of Daiwa-cho, Mihara city in every this summer season hosted by Daiwa Kendo Club. Regarding the individual match division ( for elementary school students / junior high school students), some members of our kendo-club association have finished in Winner, Runner-up, and The 3rd place. Then regarding the team competition division for elementary school students, our team has got in Runner-up. 👏  It will be the outcome of continuous practice even in this hot summer condition. 👏 For the next, let’s do kendo-practice toward the autumn match or the examination for kendo-dan promotion in near future. 😉

東広島運動公園・剣道場において、剣道をしている近隣の中学生も参加して稽古会を行いました。　木刀稽古，基本稽古，打込み・指導稽古を行い充実した時間を過ごしました。今秋にも開催できることを期待しています。

The Sunday practice session with participation of junior high school students who were doing kendo as well was held in the kendo-hall of Higashi-Hiroshima Sports Park. We had fulfilling time due to various type of practice such as the demonstration by using wooden swords.  Expecting the next session would be held on this autumn.

中学生が2チームで参加しました。強豪揃いで厳しい試合でした。　夏休み明けの試験勉強もある中、頑張ってくれました。

Two teams of junior high school pupils participated. It was a tough match with all the strong teams.　They did their best despite need studying for exams after the summer break.

三原市大和町の大和中学校で開催された、大和剣道クラブ主催の交歓試合です。　団体戦（小学生の部）で3位入賞しました。

This event was held  at Daiwa junior high school of Daiwa-cho, Mihara city .  A  team  consisted of elementary school kids in our club  has finished in 3rd place. 

団員の子供たち、保護者のみなさん、そして剣道指導の先生方で一堂に会し納涼会を催しました。　良いコミュニケーションがとれて楽しいひとときを過ごしました。

Young members, their parents and the kendo coachers gathered in a hall to hold dinner party on summer evening.  We had good communication and spent delightful time.
